A. Customizing your Feel-It shirt is FREE! We will create your unique customized Feel-It shirt with your chosen Personal Mantra Message for NO EXTRA CHARGE.

Q. How do I customize my shirt? Where do I enter my custom personal mantra message?

A. You customize your Feel-It shirt after you add it to your shopping bag. To customize your shirt: 1) Add your shirt or shirts to your shopping bag, 2) Go to your shopping bag, 3) Click the 'Customize My Feel-It Shirt FREE' button that is displayed under the name of the shirt. This takes you to our special Customization Page, 4) Enter your custom Personal Mantra Message for your shirt or shirts, 5) Click the 'Save Custom Messages' button.

Q. What if I don't want to customize my shirt?

A. If you do not want your shirt printed with a customized Personal Mantra Message, it will be printed with our standard personal message. If you are purchasing the Dream.Dare.Do Feel-It shirt, the standard personal message is 'I am ready'. If you are purchasing the Breathe.Believe.Heal Feel-It shirt, the standard personal message is 'We can do this'. If you are purchasing the Smile.Skip.Dance Feel-It shirt, the standard personal message is 'Today I will play'.

Q. How long will it take to customize and ship my Feel-It shirt?

A. Our aim is for you to receive your customized order within 3-6 business days as standard or 1-2 business days if you opt for our Express shipping.

Q. Can I change my mind on my Personal Mantra Message after submitting my order?

A. No. We begin working on your customized Feel-It shirt the same day we receive it and so are unable to accept any changes or revisions after you have submitted your order to us.

Q. Can I customize my Feel-It shirt with any positive message I choose?

A. Yes you can, assuming you adhere to all copyright rules as outlined in the FeelingBold Terms of Use. We reserve the right to refuse a customization request at our discretion.

Q. Can I return a customized Feel-It shirt I received as a gift?

A. No. We're sorry but we cannot accept any exchanges or refunds for customized FeelingBold products unless the product is defective.

Q. Can I customize a Feel-It shirt in a language other than English?

A. Yes. We can customize your Personal Mantra Message in another language so long as all required characters appear on standard American keyboards.

Q. How can I order more than one Feel-It shirt with the same (or different) customized personal mantra message(s)?

A. To order more than one shirt with the same personal mantra message, go to your shopping bag and 1)Change the quantity of the item you like to order, 2)Click the ‘Update Quantities’ button, 3) Click the 'Customize Your Feel-It Shirts' button, 4) Enter your custom personal mantra message for each shirt, and 5) Press the 'Save Custom Messages' button.

Q. What customization technique will be used?

A. We hand print your customized Personal Mantra Message using state-of-the-art printing technologies. This system enables us to deliver an exceptionally high quality design that remains a much loved aspect of your Feel-It shirt, even after many washes. The dyes used for customization are not water-based dyes.
