Feel-It shirts are created using
100% ORGANIC Fairly Traded Cotton, and hand printed using water-based low impact environmentally respectful printing dyes.
Organic cotton is grown and harvested with natural fertilizers and in soil free from pesticides, defoliants, fertilizers, drugs, hormones, or synthetic chemicals. Organic farmers rely on crop rotation, mechanical cultivation, and botanical or biological means to control pests and weeds.
Farmer’s fields must be pesticide-free for a minimum of 3 years to be certified organic and the cotton must be processed, transported, and stored according to strict internationally recognized independent standards.
Our Feel-It shirts are created using Organic Cotton certified by the Dutch certification board SKAL.
The dyes used for printing our Feel-It™ shirts are water-based, low impact,
azo-free reactive dyes, also approved by SKAL. These are the most environmentally respectful dyes available, as they contain no heavy metals like those used in conventional dyeing methods.
It is important to FeelingBold that our chosen manufacturing partners fully support, participate, and adhere to international standards in Fair Trade practices, including fair
wages and benefits, a
positive work
environment, and a
minimum employee
age of 15 (or 14 where
the law of the country
allows).
