What is the FeelingBold Exchange and Refund Policy?
Our intention is for you to be delighted with your FeelingBold purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, you may return the item to us within 30 days of the order date within its original packaging and all tags attached for an exchange or a full refund.
Important Exception: We are not able to accept a return or offer a refund on any customized FeelingBold product. So please note, if you order a Feel-It shirt with customized Personal Mantra Message, we are not able to accept a return or process a refund, other than because of a product defect.
How do I Return or Exchange an item?
Simply complete the FeelingBold Return/Exchange form included with your packing slip and send your product(s) back to us within 30 days of the order date. We recommend you choose a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Please send to: FeelingBold Returns, 18418 Eaglweood Rd, Clearwater, MN 55320.
If you have requested an exchange, we will first issue a credit to your card for the returned item(s), and then process the new charge once we ship your new item so you have a full audit trail of the exchange. We will never charge you additional shipping to send you an exchanged item. You, of course, are responsible for the charges to ship the item to back to us.
Phone Exchange: You can also call us and order your exchange items. We will process your new order, free of standard shipping and handling, charge your credit card and ship your order using our standard shipping method. Upon receipt of your return we will credit your card for the returned items.
Gift Exchange: If you are exchanging or returning an item received as a gift and have the original receipt, we will issue either an exchange or a full product refund. If you do not have the original receipt, we will issue an online store credit for a future purchase, assuming the item is not customized and has original packaging and tags in place.
How long does it take to receive an exchange or refund?
Refunds and exchanges can take up to 2 weeks to process.
